Vickers and micro Vickers hardness testers

In terms of the degree of automation of the test cycle, HVA hardness testers are manually operated devices with a manually operated lifting (lowering) table and an automatic cycle for applying (removing) test loads. The hardness tester has an electronic timer that allows you to set the holding time of the sample under load in steps.
? The device's control panel allows you to control the testing process – application of the test load, exposure under load, and removal of the load. The diagonals of the indentation are measured using an optical micrometer.

In terms of the degree of automation of the test cycle, HVD hardness testers are manually operated devices with a manually operated lifting (lowering) table and an automatic cycle for applying (removing) test loads. The load in HVD hardness testers is set electromechanically from the control panel (the device is not supplied with weights). The display also shows the test modes, the diameter of the indenter ball, and the holding time of the sample under load.
The hardness value is automatically displayed on the LCD display in digital form after entering the indentation size measured with a reading microscope.
