The HBRV universal stationary hardness tester is designed to measure the hardness of materials, metals, and alloys using the Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers methods. Test loads are set using a switch. The test table is raised and lowered manually. The process of applying, holding, and removing the test load is automatic.
Test results on the Rockwell scale are displayed on a projection indicator. Test results on the Brinell and Vickers scales are determined in accordance with GOST 9012 and GOST 2999 using a reading microscope.
